I managed to unlock the second core on my Sempron LE-140. It ran fine on Orthos for about two hours. But when I stopped Orthos from running, NOD 32 made an update and the computer froze. I couldn't even move the mouse.
The temps are ok, after two hours of Orthos the core was at 55 degrees, and in IDLE it stays at 40-41 degrees.
So, I have an AsRock motherboard that supports ACC, the Sempron, 1 gig of ram, SOCKET AM3, aaand... that's about it.
The voltage to the processor is of 1.368V (in both single and dual core)
How cand i make it stable?

You probably cannot. Some cores can be unlocked and work fine, others cannot. There is no guarantee that a core that is unlocked will be good or not because some of the semprons are Athlons who had a bad second, third or fourth core and some are just overstock that get restamped and the cores are locked. You probably got one that had a failed core, and you unlocked that failed core.
