YES!! I am trying to access it but it keeps having issues loading. It was down a lot yesterday, too....I don't know, I've heard that in the past they've granted extensions, but I'm not sure if they would this year since they've warned us about the high volume of visitors on their site in their emails?? AHH this is driving me crazy!!!!

This is killing me! I've been working on my application for so long and I just need to submit it. I haven't been able to access it for the past two days! I seriously hope they extend this. I need this so badly.
