Apple Composite Cable: Audio but no video?
I bought an Apple Composite AV Cable today and tried using it on my iPhone 3GS w/ iOS 4.0.2 (Not Jailbroken). It said "This accessory is not optimized for this iPhone." even though the cable is a Genuine Apple cable. There is audio but no video output to the Television. What could be the problem.

The iphones and ipod touch have different AV outputs that the standard ipods. Even though it is an apple cable does not mean that it will work the same for every apple device.
