I start school in August at a technical school. I will receive an AAS. degree in Computer & Information Science with a concentration in Network Security. I am really super excited! But my only concern is how much do these graduates make coming out???

Right now a Bachelors degree has become the minimum requirement for most Technology jobs. An Associates degree is a good thing but usually will not be enough and upon graduation you will want to transfer your credits into a 4 years school and start working on the Bachelors ASAP. If you look at most IT job postings you will see a minimum requirement of a Bachelors degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0-3.5 right in many job postings.
You mentioned a Technical school and as long as this is an accredited school that is fine but if this is Devry or ITT Tech or other similar un-accredited school then that is not a good plan as those "degrees" are not universally accepted by employers. If you go on the Internet and search under "ITT Tech lawsuit" or "Devry lawsuit" you will find a number of legal actions taken against these schools by students.
My first experience with this type of technical school was several ITT Tech graduates were in my class at a 4 year college. They, like I, had entered a degree completion program to get our Bachelors degrees. They were pretty sure their ITT Tech degree would be the same as an Associates degree but quickly discovered that the ITT Tech degree and its course credits would not transfer to another college. Each of those students had to retake all their courses from ITT Tech at a regular college before they could complete their degree. As I researched it further I discovered that there are a considerable number of consumer complaints and lawsuits pending about these schools, the cost of classes, their recruiting practices, unrealistic promises of jobs upon graduation, problems with non-transferrable credits, and student loans. I’ve included some links below on these issues. ITT Tech, Devry, University of Phoenix and others all seem to have similar issues where their reputations with employers are questionable.
Salaries for beginning Bachelors degree graduates will be about $30,000-$35,000 and this will double to triple over the years.
Best wishes!
