I have ATI Radeon graphics card and the model specifies it to be ATI Radeon X300/X550/X1050 series, I want the exact model because I can't find the driver anywhere on the web. If you can help me find the driver I would be really thankful to you!
Actualizar:I use Windows 7 32 bit and ATI Catalyst didn't work!

Here are links to 4 different sites, with 4 different version numbers of drivers for that card. Hopefully one of them will work for you.
Radeon X300 Driver
Get GPU-Z. This little utility will identify your video card.
BTW, the ATI drivers page will walk you through the selection process. You will ultimately find that your card is supported by the 9.3 version. This is the latest driver that will work for your card as support for all the X series and older cards has been stopped.
I own and use 2 of the X1600, one AGP and one PCI-E. They are both using this driver and it works well.
P.S.
All of the chips you list, X300/X500/X1050, use exactly the same driver.
Go to start menu/run programs and then type in dxdiag. I am not sure where you are getting your info from exactly, but you are listing 3 different graphics chips. You only have one chip in your system so you need to find out through dxdiag what display chip you are using. Then you can go to the ATI website and get the proper drivers for your machine...
It's possible, however I'm not certain
