Best netbook/ultrabook/ultraportable laptop ?
Hey guys,
I'm looking for a decent laptop to take on my trip around the US in December.
My ideal laptop would be a Macbook air, although the price is ridiculous.
Ideally, I'm looking for something light, maybe max 14" screen, with a processor and at least 2-4GB of ram.
One suggestion so far was the HP dm1.
My ideal price range is around $500.

This HP Mini 210-2130NR little number because I am a writer and hate lugging around my full size laptop when I travel - too heavy and cumbersome. I did some research and chose this one for the positive reviews on the keyboard - more user friendly as the keys are raised and separated a bit from each other. Sure, the smaller keyboard will take a bit of getting used to, but already I am getting the feel of it. And I haven't found it to be any slower to navigate around the web than my full-size laptop. For my purposes - word processing and net access - it is perfect!
