I am pregnant and my husband and I are of different ethnicities (mestizo hispanic and white) I just want to know some of the challenges that you faced growing up so that I can now how to prepare my children. In school were you ever mistreated due to you mixed heritage or do you currently feel discriminated against? Also, did you ever get mad at your parents and blame them for hardships you might have faced? Do you have a hard time identifying with one race or do you embrace both races. Thank you for taking the time to answer this!

My child is half white and half west Indian and instead of being treated like a white person, or a west Indian person, she's treated like, well, a person.
There may be parts of the world which care about your breeding, but it's pointless.
As Comedian Russel Peters said, there's 1.6 billion chinese and 1.3 billion Indians. Sooner or later, we're going to hump you and there will just be all these beige babies
