broken Pantech Matrix?
Alright, when i flip the screen up to show the full keyboard the screen wont turn on, when i flip it up normal it turns on just fine, anyone have any thoughts? Thanks guys
(Oh, and if not do you think AT&T will exchange it?)

Call the warranty department at 1-800-801-1101 talk to them. It sounds like the phone has a short in it. If you have dropped it and they ask you don't lie because you will get charged for it if it has liquid or physical damage.
they will if you have a waranty.
