Camilla definitely won't be Queen?

I was browsing http://http//www.princeofwales.gov.uk/ (I assume this is an official site?) and found this -

http://www.princeofwales.gov.uk/faqs/will-the-duch...

"Will The Duchess become Queen when The Prince becomes King?

As was explained at the time of their wedding in April 2005, it is intended that The Duchess will be known as HRH The Princess Consort when The Prince of Wales accedes to The Throne."

I think that's the first time I've personally read it stated in any sort of authority, so Camilla definitely won't be styled Queen?

I know that the a fair chunk of the population will say "quite right" "Cowmilla" and the rest but do you think this is fair? Every (I think) kings' wife in history has been queen automatically by virtue of marriage. Should the messy and regrettable history of Charles's first marriage really provoke an unprecedented move in a thousand years of history?

Update:

Bluebell... yeah.. it doesn't quite work the same way when a Queen regnant marries, but thanks for your input anyway
