Can a minor be a business partner?
Im 19 and opening a business, one friend of mine is 17 and I would like him to be a partner. Would that be possible or does he need to be 18?
The business would involve tobacco if that is a factor.

and you can be sued by any customer getting sick from using tobacco; so be very careful
