I just started taking the pill its been a month now.
And I notice my stomach has gotten bigger my chest has gotten bigger and Nausea a little bit.
I had sex the day before i got my period and then i started the pill.

Yes they can i went to a clinic on monday to get a pregnancy test because I've had nausea vomiting, abdominal pains, sore breasts, and my test was "Very negative". He said nausea is a very common symptom with the pill, however i have to go get a blood test to check for a "bug" or if i'm ciliac to explain the vomiting. If your concerned go to a clinic, but yea the pill can mimic pregnancy symptoms.
