My neighbor ask me to help with invoices to enter in the system and she would pay me under the table. Now when the weeks past she wants me to clean their cars, house, garage, run errands. And paying me 10$ an hour.

Now she wants me fill up 10-99 form and she

Wants my Social Security number. So I quitted right away. Because we agreed on paying me under the table.

I'm a us citizen.

So can this lady/ former employer destroy my credit? Or report me for bad employee? Or what can she do? If I fill up this form 10-99 and give her my SS number.

Can she call the cops and force me to fil it up?
