I have a Lincoln LS and its fun to drive and pretty fast. But I was looking at some crate engines and I found a Ford 3.5L twin turbo eco boost engine and transmission from a Taurus SHO. Is it possible to do an engine swap from the 3.9L V8 that's in the Lincoln to the Ford 3.5L TT engine? It has a big enough engine bay and it doesn't look like it'll interfere with any of the engine parts. but I'm worried about the mounts and the transmission fitting. Is it possible? or is it just something I have to try on my own.

be careful mating engines with transmissions, computers don't like that. also, just because there is enough space doesn't mean the deck height is compatible or even if the engine and tyranny will fit
I suggest looking for upgrades on the current engine
Yes it is possible, however it is not going to be easy or cheap.
You can try a car performance simulator to find out the performance improvement of doing that swap, you can do it virtually there and decide if its worth the money.
Try it at http://www.nxgtrsim.com/
You'll waste alot of time and money turning the car into garden decoration.
