I need to get a Japan short term business visa as soon as possible and I don't have the time to go to Japan Embassy in Manila.

as far as i know, japan consular office-davao are so kind to entertain any queries regarding japan visa, they can process visa's if they deem necessary to do so.. consular office was in purpose to established so they can serve better in more extended services they may offer away from manila.
