hi, so i live in a condo and the AC has been broken since april 2nd and i m really fed up because the room temperature gets up to 35 degrees in the afternoon and i can barely breath. however they said it is going to be fixed on june 10th and they still haven't fixed yet and their excuse is that they are waiting for a part. like this is ridiculous its been almost 3 months without AC and these heatwaves are killing me. can i sue them?
