I work at a sales job. I just started and my employer has stolen commission from many of my sales. Both my supervisor & GM have done it to me and my coworkers! .
Update:My co-workers have experienced the same thing. (they often take our appointments) and the funny ridicule me for not producing enough. I only have 3 weeks with the company and I was not even trained properly. so yeah its a complicated situation.
Update 3:My co-worker might be able to prove it though. she has many months more than I do. and she has promised to show me how to do it.

Without knowing any details, I'm going to say "yes."
When you meet with a lawyer, make sure to have a copy of your contract, pay stubs, and documentation of sales to show that your employer is not meeting the contractual requirements.

is mostly too big a hurdle to get over that's why they do it having money and position is nine tenths of the law
Can you prove anything? If so, then you 'might' have a case to sue for reimbursement of what you think they took from you.
