no , you have an intel ( crap ) integrated gpu , and as usual with anything intel or dell , a real biznitch to upgrade.
you can upgrade the hard drive and ram on those , thats it.
if this is for gaming , go with a desktop if possible next time. if not , the go with the AMD A-10 laptop which has literally two times faster graphics than intels very best.
other option is to go with a custom builder for laptops , but I dont know what your cash status is like atm etc etc.
