Can my laptop run Oblivion?
Specs:
HP 2000-2b19wm
Windows 8 - 64
RAM - 4gb (3.60 usable)
Processor - AMD E-300 APU with Radeon HD graphics (1.3 Ghz - Dual Core)
Graphics - AMD Radeon HD 6310 (Approx. total memory - 1956 MB)
Update:I have used canyourunit, and it says the only issue is my CPU speed, everything else is in "Recommended", except CPU

Yes it should. My laptop has one of the worst graphic cards, just enough RAM, and it runs Skyrim! You should be fine with Oblivion, have fun!
