Like after I went through the whole process of getting a new license plate for my car, insuring the car under my own name under my own insurance policy and paid for the title car transfer at the Tag office? The only thing I'm waiting on is for the title to come in the mail. I am moving out but they don't like that idea and is threatening me to cancel it but i don't see how they can if I did all of that already? (I know I'm only 18 but I am moving out for personal reasons.) Thank you!

No. As soon as you filed the paperwork with the DMV, the car became yours. If you move out, and your parents refuse to give you the title, you can simply take your registration to the local DMV, pay a fee, and apply for a new one.
they can't
