Since I entered college my schedule became super hectic. I go to the uni at 6:00 am and go back home at 9:30 pm and I still have to work on projects or homework before sleeping. I'm lucky if I have 4 hours of sleep in a day.
Recently, I've been losing my appetite. Even the foods that I really love to eat before are not that appealing to me anymore. Does the stress have to do with this?

Yes. When you are stressed it's like your mouth and throat don't want food. You need to relax.
