this may be a stupid question but i usually eat cheese but lately its been making my stomach hurt really bad and my stomach gets bloated and upset and when i drink milk it does the same thing although when i put milk in cereal im fine its really weird...

try taking lactaid and then having dairy if you do not get sick then yes you are lactose intolerant
I have the same problem. I'm not intolerant because I can eat cheese, but every other dairy product I can't handle unless it's been cooked. I think I fall under the "dairy sensitive" category. This didn't happen until my 20's.
Most people will take lactaid, but I figure if my body is naturally rejecting it, then I don't need to put it into my body.
Yes, as you get older your body changes. I think we are forced to get rid of the things our body shouldn't be having. So you might want to focus more on eating fruit and vegetables rather than diary and cheese.
