If you have any screw-driver skills, you should be able to just go for it. Everything will come out with a small screw-driver and some light jiggling as you pull things apart.
Removing Hardware from the computer--
1. Turn off Computer
2. Unplug are cables from the computer
3. Open case
4. Observe how things look, where things are connected (good to remember)
5. Disconnect all cables/wires (except the wire from the CPU to the Motherboard)
6. Remove Harddrivers and CD-ROMS Drives (look for small screw that may hold them in place)
7. Remove Power supply (several screw on the back of the computer, but search for more).
8. Remove components from Motherboard: Video Card, Sound Card, RAM etc...
9. Remove Motherboard (several screws place across the Motherboard, observe the board, 4-5 screw along the perimeter, and 1-3 towards the center)
Now if you understand what went where, then it should be fairly simply to put in in the new case, but just in case here - http://www.wikihow.com/Install-Computer-Hardware
first u need to know if it is mATX, miniATX or ATX case..
if it is miniATX this case is bad...
u can chek it by the size of your PCI-E, PCI metal slots..
try at first to indentifi board. here is the pic:

it cant be the same, but at least most of it...
when you recognize the board just type in ebay or amazon: the type of your case of motherboard.. and you are free to try...
