If both of you are being honest with each other about not cheating on each other then you shouldn't have stds. Stds are not commonly passed at birth or out side of having sex.
The only thing virgins can have is cold sores, these are contagious and caused by oral herpes. They are often passed by being innocently kissed by some one that has cold sores. If some one with cold sores gives you oral sex then you could end up with cold sores on your genitals.
Stds don't pop up out of thin air, some one has to have one in order to pass it on.
If you suspect him of cheating then you may want to get tested.
Not likely. If you have an STD one of you has been sexually active with someone else. What a terrible situation for you both. I would recommend seeing your doctor and have a frank open discussion about your marriage.
There is less than 1% possibility. You are more likely to win the lottery than to get an std through non-sexual acts.
If either of you get std, someone cheated.
If you have only been with each other and that is it, you both will have not sexualy transmitted diseases. You can only get an STI from someone who has had sex and gotten one from another person.
