Okay,I just got my membership at the gym.
I don't know what to do, where to start, how much exercise i should do, or what kind of exercise to do.
I was gonna get a personal trainer but he charged me 299/month and i don't have that kind of money.
I'd also rather just do this by myself than have someone pressuring me into it.
So, I'm 15 years old.
I weigh 167 lbs.
I am 5'2
My goal is not necessarily to lose weight, but just to have a flat belly, tone my legs, arms, and butt.
Can you please help me design an exercise plan to reach these goals?
I need a plan because remember:
If I fail to plan, I plan to fail.
I really don't want to fail at this :/

PR Life Performance has workout plans made out for all different goals. Right now it's only 5 bucks a month,much cheaper than the personal trainer is wanting to charge you. They teach you how to do all the exercises in the workouts with descriptions and videos. And, right now, if there is not a workout that meets your goals, they'll put one together for you.
