Sorry, but you can't perm them. Some are naturally permed, but others (obviously) aren't. If you want permed ones, then I suggest that you buy the curliest ones you can find, but if they're not as curled as you want, use an eyelash curler. If they're plain black/natural eyelashes, I recommend using 'Extreme Lash Extension' mascara by Maybelenne. Its the best for defining the lashes, making them more dramatic and thicker. You can use it to curl them a bit if you pull the brush upwards when your applying it.
