I'm looking for flights from British Columbia, Canada to to Brisbane, Australia in February.
I can fly out from either Cranbrook-Canada (YXC), Calgary-Canada (YYC) or Kalispell-USA (FCA), whichever is cheapest as they are all within close proximity.
Any tips on where / when / how to find the cheapest deal???
Your advice would be very much appreciated! Thanks!

If you don't need to travel to Aus in feb, don't it is peak season there, travel during march/april is cheaper and the weather is still extra summery so you could really bag yourself a deal.
www.tripadvisor.com can tell you what deals are out at the moment and you can price up different itineraries with them as well.
Air New Zealand usually have well priced flights to australia with a stopover in new zealand as well (which could be good if you feel like adding a little side trip to your holiday)
Also don't forget if you find a cheap flight get it quoted and then see if you can get a 'price beat' done at flight centre, they are required (if the fare is available at the time of booking) to beat the price that you were quoted by another agency..sometimes you only save 20 bucks or so other times it can be more but still it is money in your pocket..
hope this helps:)
there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely give you the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it's very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online... otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.
Go to a travel site and put in each airport code and see which one will be the cheapest to fly out of.Then check around to see if you can get a cheaper flight.
looks such as you may get a return with japan airlines $3225.26 leaving fifteenth Jan and return twenty 5th Jan. From Sydney to Ottawa. height season so fees likley to flow up quite then down in my adventure
