cant download from ffshrine forums?
i finally got the site to let me enter but it never actually sent me the activation email, which i need to do to get in to the site.
when i try to download somthing it still says to register to the site even though i am. my only options it gives me are to reset password or modify profile.
it also wont let me post AT ALL on the site
is there a way to have them resend me the activation email?
Actualizar:i did that too, but when i finish it says that the email is already in use and that i can instead try to reset my password.
and it will actually send that email for some reason.
i am using a gmail account so i think i should delete it and start a new one as i made it specifically to use with that site. (my yahoo account wont receive any emails from there)

You did something wrong. You did not complete registration properly or made a mistake in your email address, something like that; do the registration again and make sure everything is correct. I just did it and it worked fine. You wont get in until you click the link in the email they send.
If you can't connect to the forums as well, it's likely that theres some problem between your pc and the server. If your using a router, you could temporarily try connecting directly to the modem from your pc, software is only as good as the people who write it, so it might be worth disabling your anti virus whilst trying to update.
