can't load any email - error code 45?
I can't load any email I get retry - which doesn't work - and then error code 45. I went through the rigamarole to contact support and got nowhere. I need to get into my email - how can I fix this?!

Hey! Switch to basic mode and it will fix it :)
Go to the gear Icon on top right> click mail options> go down and click on basic> save

I have noticed this problem on and off today with my yahoo email. After I got the error, I just exited out of the internet. Then went back on, when into my email. I had to retry one more time, but it finally loaded.
I think yahoo is doing something with updating or something that is affecting emails (if you have yahoo).
