My Capricorn bf went from being sweet and caring to totally mean, cold, rude, and just hurtful.

He decided to break up with me a few days ago saying I was nothing to him but fwb, saying that we never had a relationship ever and never loved me at all. Then in turn says if I go out and sleep with some other guy or find a new one to never to call him again. hes always accusing me of cheating on him even would jump to go look at my phone to see who is texting or calling once even accused me of changing a guys name to a girls on my phone its ridiculous . He is so jealous and secretive anymore and used to tell me he loved me all the time and missed me. Over the past 2 weeks, he has been acting distant, shady, and just cold. When I tell him how I feel its like he acts like he don't care but one night I told him I loved him and missed him and asked him if that even mattered to him anymore and he said yes. So I don't get it at all. He even came out and said yesterday that I failed his test and wasn't truer than what he thought. I have been nothing but faithful to him, I have been there for him, was there for him when he had an accident, watched his kids took care of them, Helped him and always listened to him. He tells me he cant commit to anyone but yet I found an wedding set he bought back in june and was hiding it in his closet and I found it when searching for some clothes of mine I had there. I have met this mans parents, his friends, even went to his kids ball games.I had planned to leave him about a week ago because he admitted to me he was scared my things were there admitted to him being standoffish and how he didnt know what the future held for us It took me 3 days to go and get my things from his house because he wouldnt answer my txt's or calls or anything so finally when I get to his house to get my things he wouldnt let me leave, Im getting my things and he is asking me why I am taking it then in turn invites me to stay for dinner.
