Car electrical problems?
I started installing lights on my 2000 mustang. An wen i installed the switch the positive wire touched the negative wire. Now my interior lights along with turn signals windshield wipers and breaklights arent working. Ive checked the fuses and there all still in tact but i cant solve the problem

Check the fuses in both fuse panels (under-hood and under-dash). You will have to pull the fuses out and inspect them or check them with a test light.
find the main fuse under the hood.also ford sometimes have additional fuse boxes under a seat maybe an amp fuse
