I moved from Michigan to Austin,TX. My car is old and i want to buy a new car.Problem is car license is going to expire with in 2 to3 days.Is it possible to renewal car license with out car registration i.e car plate and other stuff. I already invested 800$ on car don't want to invest more....Please help me. If I say that i don't have car in dmv office ...............then i will get any problem while selling the car ..........
