Verified answer

This is a scam:

1) Most of the address is in Edinburgh, which is at the other end of the country from London.

2) West Richmond Street is unlikely to have a 219 - on the map it looks like the highest address could be 50 or less.

3) UK companies are not Inc. If it was a UK designation like Ltd or plc, you could check with Companies House.

4) The phone number is either a mobile or a "personal" number which can redirect overseas.

5) We do not put "#" in addresses.

6) There is no Wilson (business or person) in the phonebook at EH8 9EF

In addition to Sea Eagles post, any number staring with +44703 is a SCAM. These are not legitimate UK business numbers. These are almost always the sign of a Nigerian scam http://www.joewein.net/blog/2009/11/08/dial-44-70-...

It's what's called an international redierect number - you think you are calling the UK but you are paying a premium rate to have your call transferred overseas with NO way to find out which country or which number your call is being transferred to. NO UK company will ever use a +4470 number

And as the post above says, Richmond Street, Ediinburgh and Midlothian are in SCOTLAND, not ENGLAND so there is no way this is legit. The scammer doesn't even know what country he is in

Also if this were a real company it would be registered with Companies House http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/ which is the govt registrar of all legal business in the UK, and as an Equity company would also have to be registered with the FSA http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmSearchForm.do and it's not listed with either - meaning the company does not exist
