I just got the treatment for it like 3 days ago.. It was the singe dose one.. So not that I got the treatment does this mean anywhere in my body where was infected will be gone within the time it was given to cleanse out of my body?

As long as you take care of yourself and stay off the sex until the medicine has had time to go through your system (a week) then yes! You should be completely clean and STI free!
