Cisco IOS local user custom privillege level?
Hi,
Can we create a user is 2960-S IOS v15 with only write access to change a port's VLAN membership and not allow level 15 which has read write to everything?

No, you either have the enable password and can make system changes or you have the main password and can simply read them.
