Coastal Scents palette - ultra shimmer or matte?
I am afraid the matte one will be dull and possibly chalky, yet i am afraid the shimmer one will be too shimmery to wear. I do like shimmery eye shadows better then matte but the matte might be wearable?
Which one should i buy? :)

Get the matte! Its definitely NOT chalky, its perfect. If you feel like the matte is too boring for you, order the shimmery AFTER you try out the matte.
Always try the simple things first, then upgrade.
If your wear a good shadow base (Too faced, urban decay or nyx shadow base) the matte will be bolder. If you get the shimmery, you won't be able to wear it all the time.
If it were me, i would buy both. But, since it's you i say matte!

I'd say the shimmer. It's slightly shimmery but not overdone. The matte is okay but the neutral pallete is the BEST !
Go with the Matte. It actually isn't just matte (if you look at the website it doesn't say matte) it has matte and pearl colors. It's a lot more wearable.
