I have one Compaq Presario 2570US and have been using it for last 4 years. Last week I installed Logitech web cam and video did not work with Yahoo Messenger. I was able to see the video in my laptop but got a black screen in YM. I restarted my laptop and followed some instructions given in YM help page.

I am not getting any sound when I go to online music sites after that. I can listen to music from the files I have stored in my laptop. Contacted HP but their instructions did not work.

Could someone help please?
