today i had an interview (group interview) at vans shoe store, it was my first interview ever and, they just have 5 positions but we were 9 people and those other people had alot experience so i dont know if a have a chance.what do you guys think? be honest please :). generally they'll give the job to those who've actually had experience. i hate group interviews. mostly they judge on how you act during the group sessions, were you friendly, did you have problems speaking in front of others, the answers you gave to their questions. you might get the job, it's hard to tell from my standpoint.
