i wrote the comptia A+ examination yesterday and to my suprise the hardware exam was based mostly on customer service and not the actual hardware for which i studied so hard for obviously i dident pass with a score of 497.i spent all my money buying study materials and practise exams which all went down the drain i am still not giving up because i like IT i am just confused on what i really need to study for now and i cant afford to fail again can some one give some advise on how to prepair for this exam of how to get the correct study materials for this exam it would be of grate help if i ever do decide to do comptia ever again
