my laptop is fairly new i got it in late June, early July and have never had any problems with it. Recently however i was going on it and when i turned it on it would restart and it had the windows symbol for a very long time. Then it just simply restarted itself and then told me i needed to recheck windows restart or something like that. So i started it and it took over 8 hours to finish. After that i tried to go on it but it was very slow, so the first thing i did was run norton and try to see if somehow it had picked up a virus but it said everything was perfectly normal. But then it kept telling me it expected the hardware to crash so i kept trying to fix it but it wouldnt let me do anything and just kept restarting the computer which did nothing! I kept using it but then it when black. It didnt restart and all the lights are still on. I restarted it (which now takes about 7 or 8 minutes when it used to take 3) and i could see but once again it was too slow to do anything and it kept on erroring. I want to know what i should do. I havent downloaded anything recently or been on any site that could harm it and it was working fine the day before. Thank you for any help :)
