Thats a problem with spyware, do a spyware scan and it will find it. I found a site for you, not sure it might work or not, but you can always try it.
http://www.pctools.com/spywaredoctor/trojans.phpre...
and try this one:
http://www.noadware.net/?hop=teksol3
if neither of these work, the best (and easier) thing to do is just go to www.google.co.uk and type Trojan Dropper. You will find loads of sites that can help you fix your problem.
Good Luck with your laptop, hope you fix it.

U got a red Message about Virus Alert from Norton AntiVirus
That mean that Norton Find a Virus & Cleaned it .... U had this Message more than time & U keep press ok ... Norton Deleted this File For U Just keep updating it. It's the Best AntiVirus ever.
Don't worry about it..
You might need to re start your computer in safe mode and scan again. Norton can't fix/delete files if they are in use. This is just a general statement I am not familiar with the virus specifics but give it a try in safe mode and see if that works. Hope this helps.
Go to http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 and download the AVG Free Edition trojan remover. It is free, and works better than Norton Anti-Virus at times.
You can spend hours on this. So here is what you might consider.
- Use Task Manager to END as many tasks as possible.
- get some blank CDs and start making backups of your precious data
- collect your program disks and Windows disk and start reinstalling from scratch. Be sure to DELETE the existing partition, which will format the drive.
While this will take a few hours, hunting down the virus removal might take longer.
Good luck
Your problem is that you're using Norton. Get rid of that and download AVG. If that doesn't find it, you should be posting questions like this on a techie site, and not on yahoo. I don't remember off-hand but it doesn't take much searching to find a few good ones that give good answers.
Step by Step directions:
Step 1:
Run Ewido, Run Ad Aware, Run Spybot Search and Destroy....delete anything they say is wrong
Step 2:
Restart your computer
Step 3:
If you are still experiencing problems, restart your computer in Safe Mode...run the Norton again. May work...if not... Restart the Computer in safe mode and reset your computer back to an earlier date
You might want to boot into safe mode and scan your computer that way to find the virus.
Scan again and if it finds it let it fix the problem. In most cases it will fix it automatically that may be why you can't find it
Do you have the latest virus definition file installed. If not, get updated and try again.
