Umm youve probbably got some viruses on their. Ive see some that are now doing this to a lot of computers. I fix computers and like 4 computers have come in with that problem. BUT please Dont use geek squad. They DO NOT know what they are doing plus they charge much more than everyone else. I would strongly recomend going to like a local computer store. They know what they are doing and for a lot less. I dont know about stores around you but we charge $89 and take 24-48 hours whil GS charges $150 to remove viruses
Now that i thought about it more i think you actually should try to reinstall windows first but if that doesnt work there is a virus
Based on what you are saying. It's rough to determine what the drawback is. You didn't say whether or not you're making use of High pace or dial or wi-fi. If you're making use of a wi-fi web, it might be sign barrier drawback. If you're making use of High pace, it might be spy ware drawback, if dial up, might be bandwidth drawback. If you had been making use of you laptop adequate earlier than. I do not consider it is laptop drawback. Modem vigour surge drawback may be feasible.
sounds like one of the windows files is corrupted, if you have a windows cd, you can run the system repair. or just reinstall a new copy of windows.
hmm, try going in the safe mode, if that does not work then try to reinstall windows
