ummm depends on where u live i kno in MA u dont need to b its just kinda embarressin and if u did well they didnt do their job very good lol. but in TN i think u do since they make u b at least 18 for a test too so yeah all depends on ur state
It doesn't matter when you have sex, morality wise if you think you can handle it emotionally
