i had one for years, great thing, bloody loved it!! but to be honest it all depends on your body. my friend had an awful time with it, and they are reluctant to take it out so soon after putting it back in as its 'too expensive'.
ask your surgery, they might revert you to a health centre, or another surgery that runs a clinic for it.
