I've had trouble with this program from the get go. It's free which makes getting help with it very hard. I've spent over 4 hours total with my PC support but would have to pay another fee for more help. My problem is whitening the teeth. When I use the toothbrush mode, I click on the teeth and it whitens the teeth, but it also whitens or puts a white haze on everything else in the picture. Is there a way of focusing on just the teeth. I would really appreciate any real help you can offer.

Ive never worked with Corel photo x2 (only photoshop cs4). Im pretty sure corel has a tool that lets you make selections on the picture. You can use one of these tools to place an outline around the teeth only. That way when you apply the toothbrush tool, it will only be applied to the area you selected.
a layer mask. i do no longer understand this methodology adequate to offer you an entire academic yet you may have the potential to discover it on line. i understand photoshop so it could provide you basically slightly a instruction manual. in simple terms make a layer, colour it the colour you decide on the article to be. upload a layer mast to hide all. click on the mask, no longer the colour you chosen however the easily mask on the layers pallette then colour white on the areas you decide directly to be colored. The decrease the opacity to between 15-25%. Then reproduction the historic past photograph layer and positioned it on precise. decrease that is opacity to 10%. that's going to be approximately as genuine as you will get. (and believe me i've got spent hours understanding the mathematics.) yet another hint: coloring works greater desirable on lighter hues. additionally constantly choose for a colour it incredibly is slightly brighter than you needed so that's going to be the colour you decide on once you colour it. i'm hoping this permits, i'm an alien to paintshop.
