I'm guessing you have a PC so I will tell you that. You click on the start menu then click control panel then add or remove programs then find iTunes and click uninstall, but that is only for XP if you have Vista or 7 I can not help you sorry.

I have windows 7. search for itunes then right click on it. then choose delete and then allow it to be moved to the recycle bin. then empty the recycle bin. voila!

U can use this. This tool can remove program completely.
