Do People who overbite need to remove some of their teeth in order to get braces ?
Besides this, what are the other options that, these people can go for to get their tooth straighten?
In case these group of people go for removing teeth , doesn't that have a side effect on their health, specially on adults with permanent set of teeth ?
My final question is that, does a person who has got perfect teeth after removing braces, has to were a retainer for the rest of his life in order to prevent his teeth from coming back into its previous position?
Thank you very much.

Most people get at least 1 tooth removed for braces regardless the problem. If you have an overbite, you may or may not need any extractions. There are no side effects with having extractions. Overbites are usually fix with a Herbst appliance and braces. Go to an orthodontist and he/she can tell you exactly what you need.
People who have had braces and now have retainers will have to wear a retainer for the rest of their lives to keep the teeth straight. Teeth are always going to want to move. Wearing a retainer needs to become apart of regular routine.
