Ok so heres whats happening, i bought a hat off this company, 3 WEEKS ago. When they shipped my hat, it became "undeliverable as addressed". But that was last week! So i called the company i bought the hat from and changed the shipping address so they can re-ship my hat. They said they'll reship as soon as the hat gets shipped back to them from USPS. A week later of waiting, i called the company i bought the hat off of and called them to ask whats taking so long? They told me they haven't received the hat yet when USPS was SUPPOSED to ship it back to them. So what should i do? I already went to my post office the day it said "undeliverable as addressed" and the guy at the post office said that my package already got shipped back to the seller, well thats not the case since i called them a week later and they still haven't received my hat from USPS! Please help.

I know it is hard to believe, but returned items do take longer. Almost every item is machine sorted. When the machine scans your package, it still wants to send it to the bad address. In reality it should be going back to the sender. There are delays when this happens. It is not a perfect system, that is why they are losing billions.
it rather is unbelievably awful provider, they could a minimum of supply you back your $40. any further i'd propose utilising a shipper that has some integrity jointly with united statesor FedEx. i'd circulate to your community submit workplace, cutting-edge your case, and ask to your a refund. coach them the data that they lost your kit and be continual, yet in addition be well mannered and respectful by way of fact pissing them off won't help.
