I'm 17 years old and almost done with my first year of college, although it should be my second but I changed my major last semester. I'm currently enrolled in a community college. I'll be graduating Spring 2013 with an Associates in Computer Science. However, I've yet to take the ACT. Currently my dad pays for my tuition, but I don't think my family can afford to pay for all my college tuition (I have two older brothers who are both in college) if I transfer, since I plan on getting my masters. I was planning on taking the ACT this summer, but my brother told me that ACT scores won't do any good if you're a transfer student and looking for a scholarship related to it. Is it true? I won't get any money for school based on what I get on the ACT if I transfer to a university?

he answer depends on the school to which you will transfer./
No I'm in the same situation as you I'm going to ISU in 2014. They told me all I needed was 25 credits. As for scolarships I don't think that there are many of them. Good luck.
