my guess:
you aint gonna get the .005534, nor will the payment be rounded up to 1.82
so who DOES get the 0.5534 cents?
I found a few sites that stated "yes". Nothing I found says that you don't, and I would ultimately assume that you need to check with the firm you invest through about div reinvestment plans.
