I don't support amnesty. In fact it's hard to support those in office who somehow think that is what the voice of the people want. The last I checked the elected officials are supposed to vote by the voice of the people, not get elected and then do whatever the hell they want. I think it's time more of us stood up and told those elected officials what they need to hear and heed which is the voice of the people. I am a realist though. If the majority of the people in this country voted and elected for amnesty to be the case, it would be against what I want but at least it would be a decision by the people.

I am the one though that thinks in this day of unbelievable technology, that representative government has little or no more need. We can and should be able to make issues and voting and decisions for this country available to everyone to choose. I know I don't like how government is more about party and less about the people. More about the Special Interest and less about the peoples interest. How can we get it through their thick skulls both Repubs and Demos that the people want their voice to be heard, not the voice of politics? We the people have the ability to change things and have the obligation to change things if they go in the wrong direction.
